Our History

Puget Sound Benefit Services was founded almost 30 years ago by John Frankland. As founder and benefits broker, John sought to serve the local healthcare market a little differently. With a greater attention to detail combined with his expertise and creativity, he knew he could deliver benefits that made more sense for his clients. Because of this approach, Puget Sound Benefit Services has been able to tailor each company’s benefit plans to better meet their needs and goals.

 

Puget Sound Benefit Services recently merged with Capital Benefit Group in 2024. As part of the acquisition, Puget Sound Benefits now pertains to the larger Capital Benefit Group family of companies and has increased capacity & resources to serve customers. All while maintaining the same staff, structure, and service. Headquartered in Bellevue, Washington with additional offices in Bellingham and Tacoma.
